30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return a product and/or request a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be unopened and unused. For consumable products, safety and hygiene rules mean opened items are not eligible, except as expressly stated in the First Order 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee section below.

  • Items must be in the original packaging, with all original materials and labels included.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns received after 30 days are not eligible.

Ophidia reserves the right to issue partial or no refund if items are returned with missing or damaged packaging or materials.

First Order 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order only.

  • This guarantee is limited to one refund per customer or household. Ophidia reserves the right to deny refund requests we determine, in our sole discretion, are associated with abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activity.

  • Under this guarantee, one (1) opened bottle is eligible for a refund and does not need to be returned.

  • If your first order contains more than one (1) bottle, any additional bottles must be returned unopened and unused in order to receive a full refund.

  • This guarantee applies whether your first order was placed as a one-time purchase, a subscription, or a prepaid subscription.

  • This guarantee applies only to your first order. All later orders are subject to the standard return eligibility rules in this policy.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email: contact@getophidia.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  2. Ship To: We will reply with the return instructions and our return address.

  3. Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return or the order number included in the return package may not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Unless expressly stated otherwise in this policy, customer pays return shipping. Ophidia does not provide prepaid return labels.

  • We recommend using a trackable service. Ophidia is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Ophidia does not charge a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at contact@getophidia.com right away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened consumable products or any product with a broken safety seal, except as expressly stated in the First Order 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee section above.

  • Items past 30 days from delivery.

  • Gift cards.

  • If you have questions about a specific item, email contact@getophidia.com before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please submit a return request for an eligible product and place a new order.

Refunds

  • We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
