Ophidia LLC — Shipping Policy

Plain-English Promise

  • Speed: We ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, U.S. federal holidays excluded).

  • Service: We use the most economical trackable service, typically USPS Ground Advantage, or a comparable tracked service at our discretion. A tracking number will be emailed to you.

1) Processing & Cut-Off

  • Orders are processed in the order received and ship within 2 business days of order confirmation.

  • “Business days” are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • During peak periods or severe weather, carriers may experience delays; processing speed stays the same, but transit times are outside our control.

2) Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We select the cheapest tracked service suitable for your destination and parcel weight/size (commonly USPS Ground Advantage).

  • We may use other carriers/services of equal or better reliability at our discretion.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

3) Tracking

  • A tracking link is sent when the label is created.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for carrier scans to appear.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see the package, first check with household members/neighbors, then wait one business day for a follow-up scan before contacting us.

4) Insurance (No Guarantee)

  • Some services may include carrier insurance by default or at our discretion. We do not promise insurance on every shipment.

  • For additional insurance on high-value orders, contact contact@getophidia.com before checkout; added coverage may incur extra cost.

5) Lost, Delayed, or Never-Delivered Packages

  • Transit delays and delivery windows are set by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • Lost in transit (never delivered). If tracking never shows “Delivered” and the package appears lost, we’ll open an investigation with the carrier. If the investigation confirms loss or is otherwise reasonably unresolved after a commercially reasonable period, we will send one replacement at no cost to you for that order.

  • Marked Delivered but not received. “Delivered” scans (including mis-deliveries and theft after delivery) are generally outside our control and not covered by this policy. We will still assist with a carrier trace and may, at our discretion, offer a courtesy solution.

  • Repeat abuse/fraud. Customers with repeated non-receipt claims may be denied further free replacements and may have their accounts suspended or disabled.

6) Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for shipments delayed, misdirected, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., wrong address, unclaimed), we can reship (additional postage required) or refund the product price (less original shipping, if any), provided the item is eligible under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7) Shipping Areas

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including most P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO via USPS-eligible services).

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

8) Title, Risk of Loss & Our Terms

  • Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the shipment to the carrier (see our Terms of Service).

  • The lost-package replacement above is a customer-care courtesy and does not modify the Terms of Service.

9) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order is in fulfillment or shipped. Contact contact@getophidia.com as soon as possible, and we’ll help if we can.

10) Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, carrier incidents, or governmental actions).
